- Is the only basic difference between the USR Sportster 288 and the Vi 288
- the Vi's voicemail capability? Do they both have the same ROM & DSP? and
- now for my totally ignorant question of the day...does the Vi's voicemail
- need the PC to be powered up or are the mailboxes actually within the
- modem itself? It'd be great to just have the modem powered up & plugged
- into the phone line to take advantage of the voicemail features...but I'm
- probably dreaming... Thanks for the info.
